The Bypass Humidifier uses the furnace's blower motor to push air through the unit. It works by piping water evenly into the distribution tray located at the top of the humidifier. From there, it flows over the water panel evaporator, and dry, hot air from the HVAC system moves past the moisture-laden water panel. This series of events causes natural evaporation, and the water turns to vapor which then circulates into the home for humidification.
